Most items sold by GM Multimedia are available with FREE delivery to most locations within Australia. Due to the bulky nature of some items, such as Flat Panel Displays and Projector Screens, these items can incur a small delivery fee.

Delivery Insurance
All GM Multimedia deliveries are fully insured for loss or damage whilst in transit (unless a 'leave without signature' has been requested).
GM Multimedia promises that you will receive your products in good working order. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged as a direct result of freight, you must report it to us on 1300 739 131 within 24 hours of receipt.
We use accredited couriers and very rarely have any goods being delivered damaged or have any lost in transit.
If after a reasonable amount of time has past and you have not received your product, please contact us so we can place a trace on your order. Most delays are due to the address being unoccupied or being difficult to locate. If the courier notifies us that the product cannot be found, we shall send you a replacement product at no extra charge.
