A presentation remote control, also known as a presenter or laser pointer, is a handheld remote that allows you to control your presentation from a distance. They feature buttons to change your slide plus a laser pointer to easily highlight a specific area in your slide.

As the presenter is not forced to constantly go back to their laptop to change slides, audiences remain more engaged and the presentation can appear more professional and efficient.
